Darlene Schiefer joined W-Cubed in August 2006. She has over 30 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Darlene worked at the National Security Agency (NSA) as a typist for the polygraph division for six years and at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a government contractor, as an administrative assistant, for nine years. After her second child was born, Darlene began working as a medical transcriptionist from home. She joined W-Cubed from a referral from Wendy's sister, Terri.

Along with customer service, Darlene handles marketing requests, samples, mailings, bookkeeping, database management, and keeping the W-Cubed reps informed and organized.

Darlene grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. She is married to Steve and has two sons, Ryan and Brady. In her spare time she likes to read, scrapbook, and cross stitch.
